- Registration fees are subject to a 20% VAT.
- The registration fee includes participation in scientific and social activities, access to the exhibition area, and conference printed materials.
- All speakers, listeners, or anyone wishing to promote products in the scientific program must complete their registration.
- Graduate and undergraduate student registrations require a student certificate.
- All registrations are confirmed upon payment. Please send your payment receipt to the organizing secretariat at innovativeinnerear@serenas.com.tr for confirmation.
- To benefit from the early registration fee, the payment must be deposited into the congress account before August 1, 2025, and the payment document must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via email.
- Serenas Tourism reserves the right to reflect any changes in taxes, fees, or duties to the prices.

- Accommodation fees include a 2% Accommodation Tax.
- Accommodation fees will be subject to an additional 10% VAT.
- The accommodation fees are per night, with a room and breakfast system.
- Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00.
- Accommodation confirmations will be valid upon receipt of the bank transfer receipt showing the necessary payments to the account numbers below, and sending it to innovativeinnerear@serenas.com.tr .
- The organization secretariat reserves the right to cancel or transfer accommodation requests without completed payments to another hotel.

- If you inform us of your flight changes in writing 48 hours in advance, we will consider your transfer change request.
Cancellation Conditions and Refund Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Serenas Tourism at innovativeinnerear@serenas.com.tr .
Regarding registration and accommodation fee refunds:
– Cancellations made until September 15, 2025, will receive a 50% refund.– After this date, no refunds will be made.
– Name changes will be accepted until 48 hours before the congress.- All refunds will be processed within 1 month after the congress ends.
