The official languages of the Congress are Turkish and English.
PERMISSIONS
Permission letters to be requested to be given to institutions for congress participation will be sent to the participants through the Congress Organizing Committee. Please contact innovativeinnerear@serenas.com.tr e-mail address for requests. Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes. Registration and accommodation fees of the guests with an invitation letter belong to them.
COLLAR CARD
All registered participants and accompanying persons will be presented with a name badge specially prepared for their names. Participants are expected to wear their name badges in all scientific and social activities to avoid disruption of the congress organization.
PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE
All participants can receive their congress participation certificates from the congress registration desk as of October 25, 2025.
REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION DESK
The Registration and Information Desk will be open from October 23, 2025 between 08.00-18.00 hours. Participants who have not registered can register at the congress registration desk to be set up at the JW Marriott Hotel Congress Center.
